I've found that the best way to play Roulette to make money consistently is to utilise a few strategies and systems.
If you've done even the most basic search on Google for Roulette Systems I'm sure you will have come across the Martingale System. The people pushing this claim it is a great way to make money. It is - if you have an unlimited bankroll and a site with no table limits! All this system is good for in the long run is wiping out your bankroll. This is what I mean. The system tells you to bet one unit (let's use A�1 in this example) on an outside bet i.e. Red/Black, Odd/Even, High/Lo. If your bet wins, great! You win A�1 plus your A�1 stake back, making a profit of A�1. If it loses however you then have to double your stake to A�2. If this loses then double your stake again to A�4. A win here means you make a profit of A�1 (A�4 win minus A�3 from the previous two bets). You then start again betting A�1 and doubling up each time you lose. As you can see if you get 7 losses in a row, which isn't anywhere near as uncommon as you may think, your next bet would be A�128 - to win a measly A�1! If you started with a big bankroll you may think it worth the risk to keep doubling up. After all, you have got to win eventually haven't you. But online casinos have a maximum stake they will let you place on Roulette and I guarantee you will reach this before a win when the table is against you. Trust me, I found out the hard way that this strategy is a nightmare and WILL wipe out your bankroll eventually!
